Special Christmas Chapter
I put glass of red wine on table and stood in front of balcony door. I looked with bored gaze how out is snowing. Snowflakes showed their own dance performance as they were falling on city. On my large balcony had been several inches of snow. I hadn´t desire to go out and enjoying winter and snow. There is less cold than in Jotunheim and won´t definitely need warm fur of wild wolves and no special warm clothes which help keep me my inner warmth against the cold. On my railing landed Odin's ravens. He has sent them there until the time he found me. I don´t speak with them or go close to them. They are for me only strangers. I put my hand on the doorknob and opened it. Something told me that I must go out. I shivered from the cold. I skated on the frozen snow. I gently moved to them, Muninn looked at me. They flew away from me, when reached a hand to them. I shuddered from th

Are We Happy?
They disembarked on the roof of Stark Tower. Loki commanded his scepter and destroyed the jet. The pilot had no warning. Heart hammering and mind blank, Bren watched the burning debris fall into the streets below. A thought cycled through him, tainted with deep sadness. Who's son was that? And when would they realize...he was dead?
Bren jolted from the contrast of such a statement. He turned to find Selvig practically dancing around his contraption. A field of energy was forming around the Tesseract.
"Hey!" he greeted Loki like an old friend, "She will be ready soon!"
"Good work." Loki was saying as Bren took in the blue glow. Something was happening in his body. Unlimited energy fluxed from this cube. He felt it like heat- or perhaps a cold wind. A voice of some kind drummed deep in its core. It chanted something like distant thunder in a language Bren couldn't

Thor stepped aside to the heavy doors. Bren looked at them knowing this was the end of his dignity...and most likely the world too. His sneakers tread nervously forward to certain doom. The door slid open suddenly and he crossed the threshold. It was a large circular room: controls to his left, a walkway around the edges and a class cylinder of a cell, hanging in the center, held up by massive clamps of machinery. Bren noticed that the floor beneath was ribbed as if it was a sphincter of metal, waiting to open and swallow the prison entirely. A lone man stopped pacing inside this cell and looked straight at Bren. The door behind him snapped shut with the force to take off someone's leg.
They were alone and staring at each other. Loki was far more handsome than Bren had expected: with long raven hair, a sharp intelligent face, prominent cheek bones and dressed in leather armor of stylish green,

Are We Happy?
Brennus was led into the cockpit of the Helicarrier. It was cavernous, and full of people working way at computers and holo-screens underneath a dome of glass. Bren began to feel light headed looking at how far above clouds they were and looked away. Before the head controls- or command post as it seemed to be, was a round table. Kinda like for the knights of Camelot only...higher tech.
There were people around it in various postures of discussion, some seated others standing: an upright man with a blond comb over, turned his handsome chiseled face toward Bren with light interest. A heavily built giant with shoulder-length hair and archaic armor paced, a little off to the side. There was a man with boxy features but gentle eyes standing in a closed sort of way and a woman with pinched features, looked on sourly.
But none of them made his stomach writhe with discomfort than the handsome peacock, with the tri
